Returns and Exchanges
Within 5 days of receipt of your order, you may return new and unworn/unused, full-priced, products purchased at Pasionae.com for a full refund so long as (i) all original tags are attached and (ii) such items are in the exact condition in which they were received by you (such condition to be reasonably determined by Pasionae). Refunds will be credited using your original method of payment (credit card, Gift Certificate or Paypal).
Within 5 days of receipt of your order, you may also exchange any full-priced product purchased at Pasionae.com for another product then in stock or for a Pasionae Gift Certificate of equal value.
If notified within 5 days of receipt of your order, Pasionae agrees to repair or replace any product delivered in defective or damaged condition (such damage or lack thereof to be determined by Pasionae in its sole discretion).
The customer will be responsible for the shipping and re-shipping costs associated with exchanging or returning products purchased at Pasionae.com. If we have made a mistake on an item we have sent to you or it is delivered in defective or damaged condition, however, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. Pasionae will pay for the shipping costs associated with returning a product delivered in defective or damaged condition.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless delivered in damaged or defective condition, all SALE purchases are FINAL SALES. Please shop carefully! Exchange requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.
We do not give refunds on Gift Certificate purchases.
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on Pasionae.com, please email our Customer Service team at CustomerService@Pasionae.com describing the details of your order (items purchased, date purchased, your username, if any, and the address to which the related items were shipped) the reason for the desired return or exchange. The Pasionae address to send your item(s) will depend on the type of product at issue and our Customer Service team will provide you with the appropriate address to send such product.
Please take care when unpacking & repacking – all items being returned or exchanged must be sent to the address provided by our Customer Service team in their original condition and packaging. This means that the merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and must have all original tags attached.
Pasionae cannot be held responsible for any orders lost in transit. In processing a refund or an exchange, we recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of posting. We reserve the right not to issue a refund for, or an exchange with respect to, an item if you do not follow this policy.
Upon receipt of your returned item we will process your refund or exchange request as soon as possible (please allow approximately two weeks for inspection of returned items). If the inspection of the returned item reveals that the item was damaged when originally delivered to you, replacement items held in stock will be dispatched immediately after inspection of the returned item and you will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.

From time to time we may issue promotional discount codes to individuals or groups of people.
However, general terms for the use of all promotional codes are:
- promotional codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or on sale item;
- promotional codes cannot be used to purchase Gift Certificates;
- promotional codes are only available for your sole use, are not transferrable, and will not be valid if passed on to third parties;
- promotional codes cannot be redeemed by Pasionae staff and family; and
- promotional codes are not valid in any stores worldwide selling Pasionae products.
Pasionae reserves the right to withdraw or alter any promotion at any time at its discretion without prior notification. To claim your discount you should enter the code in the promotion code box when you checkout at Pasionae.com.

Sending a Gift Certificate is a great way of taking the guesswork out of gift giving. Conveniently sent, stored and accounted for electronically by the Pasionae team, you never have to worry about losing them. If you would like to have a Gift Certificate sent to a friend or family member, you may request that a physical “Pasionae Donum Certificate” be sent to the recipient’s address at home or work, or that an be sent to the recipient via email.
All Gift Certificates contain a Gift Certificate Initial Value and a Gift Certificate Code. To redeem all or a portion of your Gift Certificate, just enter the Gift Certificate Code into the gift certificate box when you checkout at Pasionae.com.
Dependent upon the value remaining on the Gift Certificate and the size of the order that you are placing, you can use a Gift Certificate to cover the full cost of your order or as a partial payment. If the value of your Gift Certificate exceeds the total of your order, the remaining balance will stay on your Gift Certificate for use at another time – you will need to enter the Gift Certificate Code the next time you order online.
If the value of your Gift Certificate is less than the total of your order, you will be required to pay the balance using any of our other acceptable methods of payment.
Gift Certificates are not redeemable in any of the stores selling Pasionae products worldwide.
If you would like to check the remaining balance on your Gift Certificate, simply sign into your account and the remaining balance will be displayed.
Orders placed on Pasionae.com are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, on weekend days, or on holidays will processed the following business day.
Pasionae ships via FedEx Ground Delivery when you choose the standard delivery option for a flat rate of $10.00. FedEx Ground Delivery delivers packages Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
Your order is expected to arrive within one (1) to five (5) business days depending on your location. This delivery schedule is estimated, however, and actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations and availability of merchandise. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit card approval, address verification and order processing.

Please note that items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together due to availability.
Once your order been has been processed and shipped, you will be notified via email (to the address listed on your account or included with your order) of the tracking number associated with your order. To check the status of your order, simply visit http://www.fedex.com/Tracking and enter your tracking number in the tracking box. Please note that, even after items have been shipped, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package status is reflected in the FedEx tracking system.
In addition, you may log in to your Pasionae account using your username and password to view detailed information about your current order and past orders. Please note that information may not appear in your order history for a short period after you placed an order.

Payment Processing and Sales Tax

All prices listed on Pasionae.com are exclusive of shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable). The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge and sales tax (if applicable).
Certain state and local governments require that we charge tax for items shipped to a state in which Pasionae has a physical presence (such as a store, warehouse or contact center). Accordingly, at this time, sales tax is applicable to all orders shipped to addresses in the State of New York. Certain counties and cities within the State of New York levy an additional sales tax, which may be applicable to your order. We do NOT charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Certificates; however, items paid for with Gift Certificates will be taxed.
